SK tool holders will accept both imperical and metric sized tools, BT tooling looks very similar and can easily be confused with CATEE tooling. The difference between CATEE and SK is the flange style, thickness, and the thread for the pull stud is a difference size. SK tool holders use metric thread pull stud. We have G6.3 rpm 12000-16000 and G2.5 rpm 18000-25000.
1. The taper accuracy of tool shank 7:24 is less than AT3 and part of the standard sizes have been inspected in the last time by standard checking fixtures manufactured in Germany.
2. The inner cone is tested by standard pneumometer. The contact area ratio of large end is over 90%.
3. The inner cone runout of the tool handle body is less than 0.002.
4. Coaxiality of tool handle, with 0.005mm/0.008mm clamp, the high point of comprehensive accuracy is not more than 0.005mm/0.008mm.
5. The grade of handle threads and nut threads is 4H. All ends are open and stop.
6. Dynamic balance: G6.3 12000/18000 RPM G2.5 15000/20000 RPM can be made according to demand. It can also be customized according to customer's needs.
